Starting again

Ok so I well and truly fell of the wagon, I lost my way but putting a line under it and starting a fresh tomorrow.

I have a new CDC who on the phone sounds warm, supportive and someone who genuinely cares and isn't in it for the money.

Not looking forward to the weigh in but it will come off. I have a tough and long road but one worth taking.

Well, it must've been tough trying to stick with it when you knew you couldn't get any shakes from your old CDC. :hug99: The new one sounds much better. When are you seeing her?

Tomorrow at 12 she seems great and I am saving £13 a week which is a extra bonus.

I do feel like I have let myself down and all that hard work down the drain but not going to dwell and kick his diets ass!

I wonder if u come off the diet for a week, do you get that big loss again. Fingers crossed u do!!

Hi hun, sounds like you didn't have such a good CDC before then?

My first CDC was the most obnoxious woman I think i've ever met, and I dreaded getting weighed each week.

I have to travel 10 miles further to see my current lady but she is so supportive (even when I have the odd slip up), it has definitely helped me.
