Hi everyone,
Does anyone know how many syns this is on extra easy? I'm having problems using the SW calculator, but the nutrition per 100g is:
145cal
Protein 7.1g
Carbs 22.0 g
Fat 2.9g
The portion is 275g (although I ate 200g of it). It's mostly couscous, but there's some chicken breast too.
Please help x
