Knorr rice, rice sides SYNS PLEASE???

HI,

Can anyone tell me how many syns are in the Knorr Mushroom rice, spanish chicken and Chicken fried rice?

I am unable to get the batchelors savoury rice and wanted to know if this would be free as well?

Would be grateful if someone could have a look please

Are these very new? They are not listed on the SW Syns Online, and the only links that Google gives appear to be to American websites.

There seem to be things called Rice Sides, Cajun Sides, Asian Sides, Pasta Sides, etc. Not sure what "sides" are, unless they mean "side dishes"?
