I have just started slimming World and know I am going to struggle with what to take to work. I do not have access to a kitchen and want to stay away from bread.
I have been living off Subway's for the last few weeks as its very easy and they deliver. I know they are not good on this diet and want some help on what to take to work with me?
I am 28 weeks pregnant and get really hungry throughout the day. I know I can snack on fruit but suprise suprise this is not a favourite of mine.
