Fish as HEB - How many syns for the breadcrumbs?

Hi

I am planning on having fish & SW chips for my dinner tomorrow night but have a problem as I always do green!

I plan to use 1 HEB on the fish (142g cod) but how do I syn the breadcrumbs?!

142g cod fillet in breadcrumbs (baked) is 13.5 syns but how many syns of this can I take away for the fish?

Where is the fish from? Usually a B choice works out at around 6 syns so I think the breadcrumbs will be 7.5 syns.
It may be more or less though depending on the brand - or are you breadcrumbing your own fish?
