feel like utter poop

Been sent home from work sick !! had a really bad tum this morning - had to run to loo at work and feel all chilly and sick think its exhaustion to be honest. Of course had at the you need some food inside you blah blah.

I do feel really rough, and exhausted ! got loads going on at home especially with my teenager son who is really pushing it with me at the moment.

Having a feel sorry for me day which is v unusual for me but sod it curled up on sofa - going to do a vanilla coffee and chill out. Feel bad thought I hate being off sick even though I am sick.

Needless to say I won;t be shredding today (sorry Lauren I'll be 2 days bloody behind now!) but I think I'd pass out if I did it.

Awww mate,u need to relax on the sofa today,help u get sum energy bk then wen ur better u cn go at the shred wiv full force. Hope u feel better soon x

my emily's got this sick bug and her tummy hurt loads last night and then she started projectile vomiting. smelly poos too. just watch out it could be the lurgy! take care of yourself.

if you so much as open the shred dvd case i will kick your ass!!

Sleep, relax and do nothing! i mean it!!!

Things will settle down with Ben, he will just be reacting to the shift in the mood of the house... Sam will be home soon enough hunni he will sort it!

Like i said your no use to anyone half dead, get better and dont be feeling guilty about not shredding, its crappy anyway haha

vanilla coffee = a little bit of vanilla shake in a cup of black coffee and whisked - its lush x
