does anyone know

hi all, this is my 6th day of lt - i have stuck to it 100% i am doing the tfr - i have just done a ketosis test and the result just showed traces - surely by now i would be in ketosis, i am drinking 7 bottles of 500ml water a day plus black coffee and peppermint tea - what am i doing wrong?
 
Dont get hung up on the strips, theyre not always a good idea. Some peolpe never show as being in ketosis on them but they clearly are. Chances are youre in ketosis by now, just stick to the plan and forget the strips :)
 
Throw the strips in the bin!! Well, maybe I shouldn't say that but I've never used them, and have lived in ignorant bliss just assuming ketosis. You don't need another thing to stress about, just doing this diet is enough :)
 
I agree forget about the strips. Just trust yourself if your are 100% TFR you will be shedding the lbs.
 
That hunger could be a bit psychological? If you ahve been 100% then you are doing everything you can, try to maybe change the time you ahve your shakes, or have more water and cups of peppermint or green tea. That's how I worked it anyway. Good luck with it x
 
I'm with the others on this! I used the strips at the beginning but I was starting to fixate on them so I binned them!
 
I wasnt in ketosis until week 2, i didnt do the strips, i could tell by my furry yellow tongue that i was in it lol

Lol su, you must think im a right muck savage with all the talk of poop & furry tongues...I can assure u im quite civilised, well only after i get a fully body waxing lmao.

Yup - I hardly ever get a pink, but still know I am in Keytosis x
