Hi i have some chicken mince from the breast. Theres tiny bits of fat not a lot which i will try and pick out before i cook but will probably miss some. I was wondering if anybody knew the syn value of chicken mince if there was some fat in it x
If it's minced from breasts then it will be just about free. There's really not a lot of fat on a chicken breast.
If you really want to count it then just count a couple to be on the safe side.
