Hi Guys,
My name is Sam and i am currently on the Lipotrim Diet but unfortunately the variety of soups and bars is very limited and the two bars are absolutely disgusting. I was just wondering if the weight loss and principles are the same as Lipotrim as Exante also seems cheaper if you buy the bumper packs. Was just doing some research as i may change over in the new year. If anyone has done Lipotrim in the past, have you any thoughts or comments. Would be very grateful. xxxx

There's been a few posts on this in the last few days if you have a read - I've not done lipotrim myself so can't advise.

I came from LT to exante and have never looked back. I have encountered 2 problems, I stalled the first week I moved over but it soon dropped off and also I find that after coming from LT which was gross the nice tastes of exante sometimes trigger off cravings.

But the price and results cannot be grumbled at and I have never looked back x

Ditto to what Racheal has said. Exante is a much nicer VLCD than Liporim. Good luck with it if you decide to change over.

The price is great, the shakes etc well none of us have the same tastes but on the whole theyre lovely. The losses, Ive lost 5 stones in 102 days x

I used to do LT, and Exante is so much better!
I find it easier to keep up as it tastes so much nicer.
And my losses are the same as on Exante
