Hi Folks
Just tucking into a lovely mint choc chake
Basically ice fresh mint and the choc mix blended bloody beautiful

i have seen that people just stew a peppermint tea bag in there water but i had the fresh mint in and thought im going for that and really enjoyed it.
I cant see it being a cheat fresh mint but if it is well worth it i added a full stem of mint about 8 leaves and now minty fresh breathe or at least i think so

im going to have a go at making chocolate with it like an aero i will make a full shake and then freeze the rest down in a shallow narrow container to make a chocolate bar
got to be worth a go:wow:

Who needs Jamie when we have our very own Craigie!!!

Won't the bubbles collapse before it has time to freeze solid? I love peppermint aero so will be very interested to hear the result of your experiment!

i think there maybe a few left depends on how much air you can create they will collapse but its just something different i will let you know how it goe's
