I'm thinking of moving upto 1000 plan next week - is anyone else on this plan?

Do you still lose weight?

I'm struggling with the cost and sticking to SS (SS+) at the moment.

I dont want to come off the diet and I really want to try and get to goal this year - dont know what to do?!?!

You should still lose weight, about 2lbs per week, based on the calories. You're so close to your goal you should probably start stepping up the plans now anyway. Maybe give yourself a week of 810 to adjust before going onto 1000? What does your CDC think?

Hi foo fan, technically u should still lose weight bt last time i did it i sts bt luckily i reached my goal weight at 810. Ive just started the 1000 plan again today, bit worried about how im goin to fit all this food in tho. Again, ive reached target weight so it wnt bother me nw to maintain at this stage. U should av a chat to ur cdc and mayb try it for a wk c how u get on. Good luck hun xx

im hoping that my cdc will bring me up to 1000.... but i have not got a clue what it involves.... so im off to go read i think...

I am going to be going up through the steps the week after next - starting on a week of SS+ then 810 then 1000 hopefully I'll be completely at goal by this time and go to maintain -- it scares me a bit x

I've done it before and I don't think I lost much if anything. I lost 2.5lbs on the 810 this week so it's hard for the weight to come off me. You might be one of the lucky ones that still loose weight all the way up the plans.

Basically it's 2 meals, a breakfast choice, salad leaves for lunch and a similar meal to the 810 plan. The only difference being you start to eat carbs again and your glycogen store become active which can, on occasion, cause a slight gain or a STS in the first week as your body adjusts to it.
