Hey guys well this is my 1st day on plan, thought i would post a food diary so u can all see what im eatin and if im doin anythin wrong please feel free to say, i appreciate any tips or advice

Breakfast – 2 slices of toast with tsp low fat spread and a banana – 5

Snack – 2 go ahead strawberry yoghurt breaks – 2

Lunch – 2 loaded potato skins with side salad, packet of onion ring crisps – 4.5

Dinner – 2 waffles, 2 vegetable fingers, 1 stuffed pepper & corn on cob – 6.5

(1/4 pint semi skimmed milk – 1 )

Total – 19/22

Saved - 3
1 hour in gym /2 litres of water :D
