Weight loss being noticed

i have lost nearly 3 stone at SW and about a stone before i joined. still have a long way to go, would ideally like another 5 stone off. people have started to comment at work about my weight loss and even my darling daughter is noticing. It does feel good when people comment. cant wait to go out over xmas and see people i have not seen since last xmas!

There's nothing nicer than when people start noticing all your hard work. It certainly makes saying no to things easier.

That's brilliant. Well done. I'm sure it makes you feel really good. It doesn't matter how far you have to go, 4 stone is 4 stone which is fantastic.

Think about posting this kind of stuff in the 'NSV's - non scale victories' in the main forum. It gets quite a lot of 'traffic' I think but it's really lovely reading everyone's stories and is quite motivating.

It feels great doesn't it! I'm very similar to you in that I lost 3 stone and that was the turning point for people noticing that things were changing. Still want to do another 4-5 stone too but the comments can really spur you on to keep going. Well done!

That's lovely. I'm not even noticing my own weight loss yet, so I can't wait until other people notice it!

You are doing really well. It won't be long before you really start to feel it in your clothes and then when people start to notice it will make you feel brilliant.
