Hi All,

I am from the midlands, 27 in December. I am looking to loose about a stone in weight.

My problem at the moment is the bingeing. I go three or four days eating healthily and happily and then pang - i binge eat for a day. Obviously this puts to past all the effort of the previous days and just makes me feel ashamed, awful and guilty.

What would be the best form of weight loss for me to take? A replacement meal plan such as cambridge diet, eating healthily, not eating?

I guess I just really need some help, guidance and support to keep me determined, motivated and away from the kitchen!

Hi, welcome. I think you just need to try some diets and see which one works for you and that you can stick to. Maybe a total meal replacement diet would suit you as it is really structured and strict - but these types of diets are quite tough to maintain and do require alot of determination to stick to.

Good luck.

Hi and welcome. Do you want to go to a class for support? Something like weight watchers or slimming world?

You could ring a Cambridge counsellor and ask about a suitable programme.

Hi hun and welcome to minimins

With only 1 stone to lose I'm not sure that a tfr diet is best for you but I hope whatever you decide on will work :)

Good luck
