Hope I haven't Blown It

It's my first weigh in tomorrow and I hope I haven't blown it this weekend :sigh:

I went for a curry with OH on Friday but I think that was ok as I had a combo dish of lamb Bhuna and Chicken Tikka Masala but they are mini portions of both dishes (the chicken tikka has like 4 pieces of chicken in it), boiled rice, 1 poppadum and I drank diet coke.

Yesterday I went to an away football game with my parents who were up from Swansea - without thinking I ordered a small caramel latte from starbucks which I know is well over 15 syns on its own, I had 1/2 a beer at the game then we went out for dinner and I had fried camenbert, moules marinier and my mum and I shared a tart tatin after, plus I had 2 beers.

Today I was back on it with bacon for breakfast with no fat and it was grilled, I was out with my parents through lunch and dinner I had pork and leek sausages with SW chips and peas.

I really hope I have a loss tomorrow and I'm disappointed in myself for blowing it yesterday. I guess it was my first 'test' of a normal, social situation and it'll take me some time to learn to handle them 100%, I've got everything crossed though.

At least u know what u did wrong if u did gain?
If u don't gain at least u can say u had a lucky escape :) wish u well and keep posted :)
 
good luck. you'll probably be ok if you have been good for the rest of the week. sounds yummy!
 
Fingers crossed. But you are right, it takes time to learn how to handle those situations. And they are going to continue to crop out throughout your life. It doesn't sound like you were too bad (certainly better than you would have been prior to starting) and hopefully you will take away some lessons to learn for next time (because there will undoubtedly be a next time).
