I love this stuff but avoided it because I thought it would be syn heavy, but according to my (old) SW book it's half a syn for a teaspoon, is this still the case?
my food optimising book says 1 syn per teaspoon.....i joined in april and got my books.
obviously specific brands are slightly different and i know gales is just 0.5syn per teaspoon.
