Dolmio lasagne sauces

Hi! I still live at home as I'm only 19, my mom has been on at me that she wants to make lasagne, but she uses the dolmio White and red sauces.
Could someone tell me the syn value please? X

I think it is about 23 syns for the white one
If you look at the calories it will be one syn per 20 calories

You could offer to do it yourself and use one of the SW friendly recipes on here

just worked this out with both sauces and 90 g cheese!!! 50.5 syns holey moley!

Glad I am not having it now! need to work out a nice one that the whole family will eat...... it's the only thing they all prefer from the jar!
