Hello everyone!
I was thinking today, that this is normally the time of year when I'd start thinking about my "resolutions" for the year ahead. Losing weight was always at the top of this list. Of course, I'd always end that year bigger and more mad at myself.
However, this year, I found Minimins and you lovely lot, which I know has been a major motivating factor in my weight loss success thus far. So for once, I don't have to put "lose weight" on the list, because I'm already doing it.
So in 2011, my main focus will be getting my career off the ground (here's hoping).
So, I know a lot of you are also doing well with SW - some have met major milestones - target even - and I know how being overweight can be somewhat time-consuming and will always be on our minds (being a lifestyle change etc.) - so I ask you...what's on your resolution list now that you have the issue of weight "off the table", so to speak?
