Thankyou guys, yeah i have had the water today and plenty of it, i have read that much info that im really not sure on what day i can expect to reach ketosis? ive got 5 stone to lose so really do need all the help i can get

Hello Jasmine, welcome and good luck x

Hi Jasmine & Welcome.

I have about the same amount of weight to lose as you and we are the same height. You can see how much weight I've lost in my first 3 weeks doing TFR. So that can be you too! Best of luck with it and I look forward to chatting with you on here!

wow! thats fantastic, ive no doubt that tfr works despite all the bad reviews i have read, i think you just need the 100% committment which this time i seem to have. how did you find the first 3 weeks?

thankyou for the lovely welcome to this site everyone

Hiya Jasmine, and welcome to the forum, and to LT...

Our stats are very very similar (I started just a little heavier than you)... Once you get into ketosis you will find it much much easier (should be around day 4).. Keep logging on here, it really helps...

Good luck hun x x

hi slimmersu, coming on here is what got me through the first day i think, just reading everyones weight losses etc has made me more determined. this site is great, think im getting addicted to this site tho haha x

The first 3 weeks while not easy were not as hard as I thought they'd be. The first week or so can be hard as you get used to it but when you see how much weight you have lost you'll be delighted!

i really seem to be doing ok, feel a bit strange today tho, its like i cant clean the kitchen fast enough and hooverred ten times faster than i usually do haha, im under no illusions that tommorro i might have to be dragged away from the fridge by my legs whilst im clinging on heehee. just gonna savour today tho and take each day as it comes and have got the tissues at the ready just incase i end up legging myself on the floor in tears. its lovely to talk to you, thankyou

I know what you mean about being hyper! I am like that today. Then there are other days when I have to drag myself up the stairs. But I figure I had days like that when I wasn't on this diet! Hope the weekend goes ok for you. You are doing great so keep it up.
If you are struggling pop on here as I for one am in and out of this site all day on my phone.

hiya, not struggling as yet, the hyperness seems to have subsided - think the hoover is relieved! ha, your weight loss really is fantastic, you must be so so pleased, cant wait till my first weigh in on friday x

Your first weigh in will be great I'm telling you!

I am delighted with my weight loss but I'm only a third of the way through.

its a start tho, you have got the difficult bit over with. i think cooking for my family will bother me a little - so im avoiding that wherever i can - your on week four then? when did you find it starting to get a little easier?

I would say after the first week or so it started to get easier for me though I still have days where it's tough.

Yeah I'm on this diet since OCT 27th so I think I'm into week 4 now.

I've been cooking just as much for my husband and daughter and it's not too difficult as I don't eat meat, chicken or fish anyway so often I cook those for them.

I find it hard the snacks I make for my daughter like toast etc. But as a SAHM if I didn't feed her it wouldn't be good!

Today she kept telling me to come and eat my lunch!

whats a sahm? sorry if im been thick, my brain must be watered down by now hehe. talking of water - can you drink too much of it? - sorry if im been a pain

Sorry it's a stay at home mum!

I don't know if you can drink too much water or how much that'd be, I was wondering that myself today actually!

Are you going to watch X factor?

oh right im a stay at home mum too so should of known that haha

yeah - its saturday night - x factor night, wonder if wagner will survive another week haha x
