WW Online-free trial problem

Hey all, after having my op last week I'm ready to get onto plan properly. i thought I'd start by taking advantage of the free trial code that was in Bella mag a few weeks ago (it's apparently valid til Dec 2nd) but for some reason it hasn't worked. I dunno if it's because I'm using a debit card and not a credit card-thought I usually use my debit card for the monthly pass payment. I'm a bit worried that I'm gonna hear nowt then in 2 weeks have the money taken out of my account! Any ideas? Should I contact customer services just to make sure I'm not getting charged?

They usually take the money straight away and let you know both onscreen and by email, so you'll know straight away if they have taken the money. They did this with me despite the free trial code.

I cancelled, they eventually got round to refunding my money - funny how they can take it instantly but it takes 10 days to refund ay? - and I then signed up to online as a subscriber, since the offer I had was better than the post-free trial deal.
