the reason for having a bar or two......

sumayyah

please try again
is they are handy for in your handbag!

thought i was well prepared, i keep a spare shaker, a few shake sachets and some bottles of water in my car for if im caught out and about but they were of no use when my daughter decided breathing is optional and we were rushed to hospital.

theres me with no cambridge products and sadly 18 hours later i cracked and had to grab something from the cafe.

also verrrrrrry short on liquids while she was in

home now so had better get back to the scheduled programme

ooh.. hope the little one is OK now?

And fair play to you for still focussing on your plan while going through that stress!

her breathing sounds a bit rough but ive had her home sounding alot worse

there going to refer to ENT ( cos we obviously dont have enough consultants already lol ) to see bout tonsil and adnoid removal and to check if her airways are too narrow

Hope little one is OK - and you are amazing to even think of sticking to plan with all that stress - well done. I have just put a tetra and 2 bars in my handbag now!

Aaah, Hon. Sending you hugs. Hope you little girl is ok now. Good idea about the bar. Hope you have a better day today. x

hope she is safe and back home now?

she is back home now, i bugged them to death to release her as shes in the past picked up some nasty bugs in hospital.

shes still not 100% but we have drugs and machines at home so she will be fine at home and hopefully it wont happen again ( wont hold my breath, shes been like this many times before )

bless her! i too wouldn't have given my diet a 2nd thought if anything happened to my kids and we were whizzed off to hospital.

ive acctually ss'ed in hospital in the past, my daughter has frequent flyer miles with the hospital and i know how out of hand my eating can get when shes in. she spent 10 months in hospital previously and i gained 6 stone!
