Prawns Marks and Spencers

How many syns are in the marks and spencers pre packed marinated prawns with sweet chilli dip? Also the cooked prawns with prawn cocktail dip? I think they are 130g

Reason i ask was going to get them today but thought chargrilled chicken be less but they are 1 1/2 syns i thought they would be free as the lime and corriander ones are
