Ummm nope it a sachet thats for Lasagne?? I am in work so i cant even look at the info on the Back!! Thanks for checking for me though!! Many just guess the syns??

I can't imagine it would be too much different to the bolognese mix if it's just a tomatoey based sauce? If so, then the spag bol mix is 6.5 syns and the spag bol mix with mushrooms is 7.0. Sorry I couldn't be more help! xx
