I was reading a magazine and it was saying that to lose weight you must eat at the start of the day and by the time it gets to night you should have nearly finished eating this is how you lose weight .
Also it was mentioning low fat foods it was saying that all low fat foods have something taken out of them and something put in and have as many calories as ordinary and if you are trying to lose weight and you want treats you are better having the real thing instead of low fat as with low fat you eat twice as many but with the real thing they are higher in calories and you dont want as much . And it said if you are following any plan these real thing treats will help you to use all your points calories or whatever
Dont know how true this is im just going by what it said in the book.
