Ok, so after joining SW on Monday I thought I start keeping track of my food on here a) for any tips on where I can improve and b) I don't get chance to write my food diary at work so I can check back on here at the end of the day and fill them in.

Yesterday was:

B - 2 Weetabix (HE b) with 250ml semi skimmed milk (HE a)

L - Baked potato with beans and a side salad made up of; spinach, rocket, watercress, cucumber, tomato and mushroom

D - Home made curry; turkey (fat cut off), pepper, onion, tomato in tandoori spice with low fat natural yoghurt and boiled rice

Syns - 1 bourbon cream biscuit = 3 1/2
4tbsp semi skimmed milk = 2, 4 teaspoons of sugar = 4

Total = 9 1/2

Today:

B - 2 Weetabix (HE b), 250ml semi skimmed milk (HE a)

Snack - Banana

L - Crisp Breads (syned), 2 laughing cow triangles (syned), roast chicken no skin or fat, tomatoes x4 and a muller light

D - (will be) stuffed peppers with mince beef, mexican spices and onions served with couscous and a mixed salad.

Syns - 2x crisp breads = 2, 2x laughing cow light triangles = 2

Total (so far) = 4
 
Ok, so I need to add another 2 1/2 syns to yesterdays total for mozzarella cheese which takes the total to 6 1/2.

Today:

B - scrambled eggs with no milk or butter

L - crisp breads (HE b) with laughing cow cheese (HE a), ham, cucumber and tomato and a muller light.

Snack - banana

D - probably left over home made pasta with veg in tomato sauce with chicken.

Syns (so far) - 1 can of coke = 7 syns
