A bit about me :D

I am Lou and I am 2 months from hitting 30 and I live in France.

I have been on and off a diet for about the last 5 years or so, you name it I have tried it! Weight watchers, cabbage soup, Dukan and even Lighter Life.

My start weight is 17st and I want to get down to around 13st which is alright as I am 5ft10. I officially started yesterday and my weigh in day is going to be Friday and I follow SW online.

Today's Menu- Green Day

Hex A: skimmed milk
Hex A: 3x light babybels
Hex B: Tuna
Hex B: 1 tbs ex virgin olive oil

Breakfast

Banana

Lunch

Noodles

Dinner

omelet with Tuna, red onion, tomato and sweetcorn, cheese on top, salad.

Snacks

Clementines x 2
carrots x 2

Syns

2 oat bars- 13 syns

This is quite bad, my menu is almost the same as yesterdays! Tomorrow will be different as I am doing extra easy.

Green Day

Hex A: 3 x babybel lights

Hex B: salmon fillet

Breakfast (always have the same as can't eat early in the morning)

Banana

Lunch

Noodles
carrot sticks
clementine x 2

Dinner
omelet with grilled salmon fillet, onions and tomato. Side salad with tomato, pepper, onion, cucumber, sweetcorn, carrots.

Breakfast

clementine (forgot my banana at work)

Lunch

Salmon fillet, lots of salad and activia yogurt

Dinner

Cottage pie, lots of mixed veg and also carrots, onions, mushrooms and peas inside the pie, yum!

Weigh day tomorrow, I hope I lose a pound even though I have only really been following since Monday.
