Thanks so much!

WW won't let you join if you're pregnant. I think SW is the only diet which caters for pregnancy

Thanks Starlight!
Last time I was here you were doing Lipotrim?
You were a great help to me with Boiulion!!
How's it going? You're stats are amaaazing!

Not sure there's a Slimming World here in Ireland :(

OFFICIALLY Weight Watchers won't cater for you when you're pregnant because they don't want to take the responsibility. You know, it's a very delicate moment in your life. However, nothing (and I underline, NOTHING) is stopping you from talking to your midwife, show her the propoints plan and ask her what adjustments you should be doing during pregnancy. You can add up to 3pp per day to your daily allowance even when you select slimming down on the tracker online. One of my friends did that in Italy (with the old plan) and her midwife told her that in pregnancy you only need 200kcal a day extra. That is roughly 3pp, so you should be fine. She was also told to eat a bit more calcium, fruit and other things (can't remember now) and she has been following the diet and managed to lose weight (as far as I remember, she's lost 2 stone) during the first 4 months of pregnancy (she needed to lose 6 st though!) and now she still isn't back to her pre-pregnancy weight (still 1 stone lighter) and she's nearing the 6th month. Her midwife is really happy about the weight watchers diet. You might want to do the same and ask your midwife showing her the new propoint plan and ask her hwo to adapt it. You can sign up for the online website as far as you don't mention the word "pregnant" ;)

Hi I am trying for a baby and have been told by my doc that I am fine to follow weight watchers as it is a healthy diet and the ideal would be for me not to put any weight on whilst pregnant but as long as eating well the baby will be very happy with a slimmer mummy. Just check with your midwife or doctor but won't be able to go to meetings.
