cauliflower soup!!

can someone please help me out with syns and he please with this cauliflower soup i made...

1 cauliflower
1 onion
paprika
chicken stock
300 mls milk
12 extra light laughing cow triangles.

does about 6 bowls... i'm confused over syns and what to use as H.E's.

There are no syns.

The entire quantity would be just under 3 HXAs - 2 for the cheese, and nearly 1 for the milk.

So if it does about 6 bowls, I'd call it 1/2 a HXA and no syns per bowl.
