I looked up the pro points for a crunchie, it says 4 on the website..... is this right, seems mighty low. It says a 42g bar which I assume is the normal size as they are quite light....

It says 3 on esource! I bought a pack of 6 on the strength of that.

When I worked it out on the calculator it is 5pp. Which actually, is quite low still for quite a big choc bar, but deffo not as low as it says

Hmmm well I bought a pack of 4, but they are actually 40g each, but I will save them for desperate moments and count them as 5 I think.....

I don't have the books with me, but lots of the chocolate values, it gives for Treat Size, Snack Size, and regular Over The Counter size... Mars Bars especially, there are like 5 different sizes of them, and even then, the size that the vending machine stocks - is not in the book :S
So definitely worth checking the sizes/weights of the choccie bars in the tracker :)

i did put a link somewhere to find out mars chocolates, nestle and also cadburys it gave you all the nutritional values so you could work them all out, here is the cadburys one again;

Cadbury.co.uk - Product Guide

crunchie treat size 17.5 (ones you get in a big bag mini type ones)
p-0.6
c-12.4
fat-3.2
f-0.2

pp = 2

crunchie 40g (singlar one)

p-1.4
c-28
fat-7.6
f-0.5

pp = 5

NOW the ones you get in a multi-pack from shops are usually smaller than the singular ones, so i'm guessing these will be the 4pp ones :)
