:confused::confused::confused::confused:

i am completely lost.!!:p

Lol.. constipation is a common side effect. I found from about a week 4 I was only going about once a week and it was getting harder and harder to push the business out.

If it happens to you it is recommended you start adding a soluble fibre to your daily intake to help soften the stool, make it easier to pass and keep you from getting impacted (stool stuck higher up in rectum). You can get the CD fibre from your CDC or one from a health shop. Psyllium Husk is a popular one but you have to keep mixing it as you drink the shake or it accumulates at the bottom .... not pleasant.

I don't get the pain just don't go unless I have a lax

You're better off avoiding the laxatives if at all possible and using the preventative "fibre" method as regular use of laxatives can make your bowel lazy unfortunately.

yeah I'm gonna ask for some fibre tomorrow x
