it says low fat is that right ? or should it be the virtually fat free stuff - too late whatever cos I've had a few spoons of fat free but just wondered lol
 
to be honest it don't matter that much, just choose the one with the lowest carbs in
 
you can have a massive tub of VFF on 810! but i prefer a small piece of cod with poached egg instead x
 
If you only had a few spoonfuls, it wouldn't make much difference which you had.

But strictly speaking, an SS+ portion should be 225g of reduced fat cottage cheese (less than 2% fat).

Just got the book out to check. To be fair, it doesn't actually specify, but over on the 810 page, it says that on 810, you can have 250g plain cottage cheese (5% fat) or 325g reduced fat cottage cheese (less than 2% fat).
