How do you know how many pro points are in something with only the cal and fat info??

I dont think you can hun. PP isn't based on cals.

Divide the cals by 40 should give you an average, sure I read it on kagome's thread.

Yeah, if you divide the calories by 40 then round it up or down depending on the value then that is the best estimate you can do. Its really accurate too!
