I have a bottle of powerade but the light version. Am I right in thinking this will be syn free? If not can you tell me syns, ill have enough but don't want to be silly with it :giggle:

It isn't on the website yet but I use lucozade light which is a very similar product and it is 2 1/2 syns a bottle. I would count it as that personally.

well it has 0 for everything except for kcals which is 3 :giggle: oh and 0.3g of salt

is it 3 kcals per 100ml or for the whole bottle if it is for the whole bottle it would be free and i need to find some of this before i run my half marathon !!

For 250ml it says online! I threw the bottle away so I think it works out at 6 per bottle? Still nothing to it is there?!
