What veg aren't you allowed on red days??

I'm sure I read somewhere that peas are a no no, anything else??

Potatoes - parsnips - peas - sweetcorn

It is not that they are not allowed - all foods are allowed on SW - just that they need to be synned or a HEB (where applicable)

excellent thank you, had stirfried carrots, peppers etc for dinner, and had a scary thought carrots weren't allowed xx

yep sweet potatoes are not a free food on red. Any starchy vegetables basically are the ones that are not free. All others are.
