Sweet tooth sabotaging my efforts

I am doing Slimming World and find that it's easy to stick to, apart from my sweet tooth tripping me up. Some days I just can't resist sugary things.
Has anyone got any tips for getting rid of the cravings?
 
I've heard a supplement called L-glutamine is pretty good, am going to buy some next week.

In the meantime.....raisins?
 
hi ya have the sweet things but syn them i have an awful sweet tooth and usually spend my syns on them if i don't have them want them even more so i end up bingeing :cry:i usually have mint hi-fi bars (from class) or i have aldi premium fruit and nut cereal bars think they r 6.5 syns and yesterday i made s/w rice pudding it was lush and really hits the spot . good luck :)

i like my sweet stuff too!
try them new shape deserts, they have them in white chcolate, caramel and milk chocolate!
they taste delish, lighter in cals than others ive seen :)
