:D I've now come back to the fold! I lost 10 stone 7 lbs with WW in 16 months, reaching target in June 2009, since then I have had a tummy tuck! :eek:

The weight has been creeping back on so I joined SW for a change but it's not working for me:wave_cry:... whereas I know WW will so back on the WW wagon as I know it works..:eek:

I am aiming to get to 11st 7 for Christmas, I currently weigh 12 stone 0.5lb so I think it's acheivable:D

I will be posting my diaries from Monday so any help / comments appreciated.

Yup, all good here:D

I joined class tonight so feel better now I am back in a position where I have the next "official" WI hanging over me. I need that WI to keep me going. I am back in control tho and want to lose 10 lbs before Crimbo. I think it's do-able at a rate of 2 lbs per week:eek: Let's hope pro points works well!

How have you been getting on? Have you had your second WI yet? I'll jump over to your diary to snoop now:rolleyes:

I love going to class :) I brought myself the new selection box of bars last night to wrap up for xmas....how sad am i!!! lol

So pleased you've joined, def knowing you have to get weighed each week keeps us in check ;)

I got weighed last night, STS but happy as * week looming and feeling so bloated. Used most of my points on Sunday for a big roast at my mums.....not so sure I'd do it so close to weigh in again though hmmmmm.

I saw the selection boxes at class so I may get a couple next week, they seem good value at £3.95 especially when a box alone is £2.25... is there only 1 "selection"?

Glad your enjoying your new job, looks like you have settled in really well:D

STS at WI is great well done. I'm trying to space my WP out but with the plan for the next 2 weeks I am having to allocate most of them to Saturday nights meals out. It'll probably be like that pretty much up to Xmas but it works for me as I am crap at saving points each day - at least I don't have to worry about that with Pro-Points:p

The selection box has all different varities, choc covered raisins / white choc crisp / blueberry bar / rich toffee / black cherry....can't remember the others but sound yummy :)

I love costa too but don't get to it very often, your vanilla latte sounds delicious....is it the same points as a unflavoured latte?

Hes 14 and its his first girlfriend :) there so sweer together lol....taking them to the cinema tomorrow then there being collected by her dad and he's taking them for dinner:D

Off to Hastings on sunday to deliver birthday and xmas pressies to my step daughters and grandchildren :)

Hi Lou,

I know! Those sodding mince pies! Everytime I go to the cupboard they are there, calling me "eat me, eat me" - normally I can exercise 100% will power and resist, but tonight I am cold and bored waiting for hubby to get in from his late shift so I have succombed and snaffled them. At least with this plan I don't have to spend the rest of my week clawing back points! yay!:D

Not much planned this weekend... I'm having brekkie with my dad whose on his own, and 80 yrs old, tomorrow - we have a little brekkie together every Saturday morning and then he comes for Sunday dinner too. I love my daddy!:p My mum left when I was 2 yrs old (I'm 33 yrs now!) so my dad has been my rock for my whole life and I am truly a daddy's girl. I have 3 older brothers too and with no real extended family, there has only ever been the 5 of us so we are all really close and I am spoilt rotten being the baby girl of the family, not that I am complaining!

Tomorrow afternoon I will be taking puppy out for his walk/run/swim, then back to do housework & shopping, before snuggling down to watch my sexy Simon Cowell (it's the only reason I watch X-factor = to drool over Simon - some say I have warped taste!!:eek:)

Sunday hubby and I are going shopping, may be get some crimbo gifts... and some for me! I need some new work clothes so will end up in Debenhams for a new Court suit.....then we will take puppy out then dinner with dad, then ready for work again the next day! dull really:cry:

Your son and his GF sound v. cute - young love ey! I bet you were poking your head at them whilst they were eating, smiling! Your not going into the cinema with them then ha ha, bet they will be on the back row - only joking!:p

Sounds like you have got a great weekend planned, drive safe! Snow is supposedly on the way, at least it's going to hit us on the weekend which I guess is a consolation as normally it's always a day when I have to travel miles to do a Court case! ggrrrrr.
