Here we go again!!!

So i started weight watchers in january lasy year.. and didnt go for a few weeks... which turned into months and me being back where i started!!!
But ah well sure... at least im back again!!
I started ww on tuesday 2nd nov!.... was deinitely not in the mood for it though... pretty much went cause my friend said she was going back so i though ah may as well!!!
Well i couldnt be happier!! even though i was HORRIFIC the first few days and going over my points like MAD like 10 points!!!I went back the next tuesday... though ah if i stay the same sure ill be happy!.... as long as i dont go up any!
Well didnt i shock myself! Afer a horrific week of not even caring i got the push i needed to actually get into this!
I lost 9 pounds i didnt do any exercise so I was so shocked!!!

I was told i prob wont lose any weight this week cause that was such a big loss!.... but im pushing to lose 1 pound! my goal for xmas was to lose 10pounds!!! and it would be nice to change that to an even higher goal!!!
So far his week i have been using my wii fit working up a sweat and somehow went way under my point allowence last night (not to say that i didnt make up for it with the lunchi had haha)

so yeah heres to next tuesday and hopefully being another pound down!!!

Thats brill! What an amazing loss for the first week, good on ya! I've got first weigh in tomorrow so fingers crossed I've shifted something off!

Well done you, thats brilliant!!! i re-joined on the 2nd Nov also and my first wi was tues pm, i lost 3lbs which i am chuffed with, but 9lbs would have been nice!

ah the wii's the best!! have a good laugh with my friends!!! Esp just dance!!
only problem is we keep hitting each other with the remotes cause i dont have a wide tv room and the couch takes up a lot of space!!!
But yeah I was so shocked when she told me how much i lost!!! literally just didnt think that was possible!!!
