workin out syns..

is there an application to work out syns?i cant afford to go2 group so therefore wont be able to use website xx

For things like sweets, it's roughly 20 calories = 1 syn, however this doesn't work on other foods. My suggestion would be to just post your query in the syns section and someone will be able to help you out.
