Question re syns calculator

Hi everyone, been reading sw forum for a while now and finally went along to a class Tuesday evening. So far so good but I've got a question about the syns calculator. I'm trying to work out how many syns are in Morrisons eat smart chicken in peppercorn sauce ready meal (for tomorrow night as I'm working and want something quick and easy). I'm having an ee day tomorrow, so where it says "select the meals original free food allowance" do I put chicken there? When I do, it works out at 7.5 syns for the meal (a bit more than I would have liked actually...) when I dont put any free food allowance in, it works out at 70 syns! Cant see it being the higher one (I hope not anyway!) as its basically a chicken breast in sauce with sliced potatoes. Arrghh I'm confused :wave_cry: (doesn't take much though lol...)

Only use the Syns Calculator as a last resort, when you can't find the product on Syns Online.

Brilliant, thanks alot Val Must have worked it out right first time lol. Its been a while since I've done Slimming World and its taking me a while to get to grips with it again lol

Thanks avisk...I never thought of doing that . Now I'm debating wether to have that meal or find something just as quick and easy with less syns...back to the drawing board (or sw board lol)...
