Anyone having trouble getting to sleep?

I just can't seem to get to sleep on a night and feels like i'm laying there for hours (some nights i am) I'm getting more worn out each day, it's not as tho i can have a lie in either as i've got a little one to look after :cry:

I'm feeling soooo tired at the moment, everything sleepwise seemed fine before i started the diet.

Yep me!!

It lasted about 3 weeks hunni and then I settled down!

I'd be awake still at 2am and up with the baby at 5am!

Have you tried any herbal remedies or maybe lavender on your pillow.

Hope you can sleep again soon hun x
 
I had this for a few weeks, try a hot bath b4 bed, apparently as your body cools down it makes falling to sleep easier :)
 
recomend the hot bath, and maybe a hot water bottle, it does take a while for your body to adjust in lots of ways, ie lots more energy when in ketosis but it can be difficult to rest until you get into a routine, warm warm then hopefully you will drop off xx
 
I like to listen to guided meditations, Meditation Oasis is my favourite, google them :)
