This is my 1st week just over. Weigh in tonight which i hope will go well.
I know ive read somewhere on her about pasta n sauce but i cant seem to find it again. Are they free if u use milk from ur HEA or just use with water ????
Most are but I think the leek one is 1 syn and the macaroni & cheese one is 2 syns? Just use your milk from your HExA or only water - and no butter!! ;-)
