Ok, well I followed the slimming world plan back in May and managed to lose a stone over 6 weeks - I've recently booked my wedding for February 26 next year and could do with losing 2 stone so here goes..........

Day 1 :
BREAKFAST: 28 grams porridge oats (HEXB), mixed with 0% fat yoghurt, half a banana. Coffee, splash milk (HEXA)


LUNCH: wafer thin turkey ham, peppers, spring onions, mint & 0% fat natural yoghurt dressing.


DINNER: homemade fish cakes - (cod, mashed potatoes, dash milk (hexa)) with boiled asparagus and homemade tartare sauce - (0% fat natural yoghurt, chopped gherkins)
