low fat spread

hello everyone!

can anyone recommend a good, tasty and low syn low-fat spread? I don't use it often but would be nice to have in the fridge to have every now and again and for when guests are over. I shop at Asda.

I tend to buy what's on offer, as long as you buy the 'light' version its only 3 syns per level tablespoon, which is more than enough for 2 slices of bread.
Normally i use my Laughing Cow Extra Light instead of spread, as 6 of these are HEA or can be a HEB on green
