Fish on SS+?

Was really disappointed to see that you can only have White fish on SS+

I have loads of salmon in my freezer and I love it! How much damage would it do if I had salmon? Is there a reason it's not on the allowed foods list for ss+?

its an oily fish, darling - thats why you cant have it. You can try but would you wanna jeapordise your hard work?
I have frozen cod rectabgle portions (x 2) with cajun seasonin and two sprigs of brocolli on a ss+ night although I tend to do more 810!
