valerie11 Gold Member 10 November 2010 #2 hi have just looked in my book u can have the following as a h/e b on green( in black) 10 almonds, shelled and whole or 2 level dsp flaked almonds - 28g 8.5 syns /flaked 1 level tbs 4.5 syns 6 brazil nuts, shelled and whole- 28g 9.5 syns/ 1 syn each 20 cashew nuts, s & w -28g 8.5 syns 9 hazlenuts -28g 9 syns/0.5 each 3 pecan nuts - 28g 9.5 syns/ 2 syns each 6 walnut halves - 28g 9.5 syns/1 syn each dried apricots - 28g 2.5/ 2 dried apricots 1.5 hope this helps
