Still Climbing That Hill!
Hi all as the title says.......

Does anyone follow the new or even old plan (dinner/tea) by buying only ready made meals ie the light ones from tesco's with the points on? As much as im liking the look of this new plan i just cant be bothered weighing out potatoes chiken red meat etc, i plan on stocking up on ww/tescos ready meals desserts and a lot of pre packed things do you think this would be ok? I already have my fruit stock in
Im really not used to WW at all i have only followed the plan once and that was a couple of years ago and only for two weeks but this new plan has spurred me on to give it a go. I have mostly followed SW and Exante with a week of Atkins thrown in but Atkins was sooo expensive SW had wayyy too much free food for me and as much as i tried i just couldn't stick to Exante.

What do you W Watchers have for brekkie? im so used to having the free food on SW im just lost as to what to have for a filling breakfast, im a bit sick of bread atm as since i have been off plans for a couple of weeks it seems to be all i have eaten, so any suggestions gratefully received.
I signed up for the two weeks WW free trial it wouldnt accept my card earlier but eventually it went through :D

I have lost at least 3 of my 6 stone by having ready meals... of course you can! But be careful, you need to ignore the points on the food and calculate them again because propoints are different but not shown on the WW or supermarket's food yet as they are slowly upgrading everything up to January!

My breakfast is not a great example because it's rich in carbs... but there you go,

35g ready break porridge with chocolate 3pp
110 ml skimmed milk 1pp
120ml orange juice 1pp
1 banana 0pp
1 activia yogurt 0.1% 2pp
2 slices of ww bread 2pp
2tsp of jam (20/25g total) 1pp

total of 10pp

but you could have:
2 scrambled eggs (made with low fat calorie spray) 4pp
2 slices of ww bread 2pp
mushrooms (made with pan liner) 1 grilled tomato 0 pp
1 banana, 1 apple, 2 satsumas, 1 bunch of grapes 0 pp

for only 6 pp :D

Thank you Julia, 10 propoints seems a bit much for breakfast, i tend to be more hungry in the evening so will probably be keeping most of my points for then, 6 seems good though lol.
