Hiya,

Not sure if I am doing this right - I am a newbie on here. Just started doing SW online a few weeks ago and thought I could do with some help, I do it for a few days then get bored. Really need some help cos I am v depressed about being so big (baby weight, trouble is the baby is now a toddler but the weight is still there!) but after a while I just think b****r it at give up!

WI day is Thursday, though I havent stuck with it very well so not expecting much.

Anyway - thanks for reading!

Hi, I'm a newbie too. Started Sw last week. I think it's all about knowing the foods you can have like pasta n sauces for lunch (1.5 syns) mini milks ice lols (1.5 syns) and I stuff my face with all my free things- SW chips are a god send!

Welcome hopefullydreaming. You will find plenty of people here doing it online so you're not alone.

Try reading some of the postings here about people's successes (big or small). That has really helped keep me motivated. Have you looked at the website for recipes or the SW magazine. That has sparked my ideas which is increasing the variety of stuff that I'm eating, which is stopping me getting bored.

Gosh do all of us newbies stay up until 3am reading inspirational stories?!

Good luck hun, up until 3 weeks ago I felt totally depressed and hated everything about myself.. And I know I havent lost a huge amount and I know I still have ALOT to lose but im happy knowing I can make the change and Im sure you can too.

Welcome! I'm a returner myself. Previously have done SW online but find it hard to motivate myself.

Anyway my sister joined the local group and has now dragged me along, am only 2 days in but actually feeling quite good. Haven't cheated yet and haven't yet wanted to... think I know it's because I have a real life person to answer to next tuesday! lol
