Chicken Chasseur ?

hey all

im still abit of a newbie when it comes to this so thought id ask for help

I love chicken chasseur which is chicken muchrooms onions and the chasseur sauce. I want to know if the sauce is ok I think it is but not sure.

It is a 68g packet
it says 1.3g fat per 100gs
Basically once I add the water and ingredients is the sauce still ok I think it is but wanna check dont want to have any undesiarble side effects

sauce seems fine to me. Just make it skinless chicken and you'll be fine

Yes it is. As long as any item is less than 5g per 100g then its fine. It doesn't matter that you add water to it, because water is fat free. If you add cream for example, the powder sauce is still fine, but the finished product isn't because cream is well over.

Agree that as long as the chicken is skinless it will be fine.
