I've been inside a gym and..... I made it out alive too!! 
It was my induction last night and the young bloke was really patient and helpful. He didn't make me feel fat, unhealthy or unfit at all. I was quite relaxed which was surprising, as I was quite worried about the induction being done by a male!
Whilst we were there, there was only ever one other chap in, and I was told that it doesn't really get very busy, which suits me down to the ground! I'm going back on Thursday night to start my programme, but tonight, it's Zumba! I'm loving that!
