14lbs to go

Hey all..I have been very well until 3 days...but thats all forgotten now, am continuing tomorrow, and am hoping to lose 14lbs by end november.

I am not planning to see anyone before then so I'll have time to concentrate...and to keep me motivated I will be posting here everyday until I get hang of things..usually first 3 days or restart is the hardest!...

Thanks dolls!..I must say today was very very hard, but i kept seeing that gorjus dress I want to wear after my weightloss..and guess what? kept me going...
